Jim works with Maga Design and Maga Design clients as the Senior Graphic Recorder, overseeing the graphic recording team, and as a consultant on design and visualization.

Jim has been an independent graphic artist living and working in the Washington area for more than 30 years. He collaborates with government, corporate, and non-profit clients to produce simple, effective visuals that communicate with insight and humor. His illustrations have appeared in a number of national publications. For the past six years, Jim has applied his talents in the field of Graphic Recording, a technique of visually capturing ideas and concepts in real time, which is the cornerstone of the Maga Design process. This work has taken him throughout the US and abroad to work closely with top leaders in government and Fortune 500 companies.
