To drive business growth across its international businesses requires commitment by associates, suppliers, customers, stakeholders and consumers. The ability to effectively manage a complex global supply chain created an opportunity to transform the underlying technology platform.
PepsiCo embarked on a multi-year journey to implement a unified SAP solution comprised of numerous SAP modules. A business unit within PepsiCo was responsible for leading the transformation effort. The unit was struggling to communicate the vision of the new technology platform and information about how the rest of the business was to leverage the business unit for help.
We consumed hundreds of PowerPoint charts and worked to develop simplified frameworks in order to communicate to various audiences within PepsiCo. The Maps helped to break the solution into manageable learning modules and offered a way for international business units to understand what was required to realize the future state platform.
The result was an Atlas of Maga Maps. The Maps were used to educate and train employees around the globe.
